Returns/Exchanges/Replacements

RETURNS: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If anything is unacceptable, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will work to make it right. If you need to return an item please notify us before doing so and send it back in the original packaging to the address below. 

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are made on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly with inquiries. 

REPLACEMENTS: All earring styles are offered for sale in the shop as single replacement earrings AND in pairs to make it easy for you to pick the one you need.

**Please note that even the same wood species vary in color from piece to piece, and based on its exposure to sunlight. To ensure the best possible match for wood replacement earrings, please consider sending your good one (and even the broken one with it) to Tia so that she can find a good pair. To do so, please order the replacement earring online, and make note when checking out that you will be sending us a well-packaged item (aka: in a box is best) to the address below.

REPAIRS: If you have a well-worn Silvercocoon piece that needs repairs, please send me a note and send your well-packaged item (aka: in a box is best) to us at the address below. Please include in the package a note that includes:

  • explanation of what needs to be done
  • an email address where Tia can reach you to discuss the repair/replacement needed and to send a quote.
  • a return address where you would like it sent when it has been brought back to life.
